5 Days Yoga Course

Welcome to the 5 Days Yoga Course at Bhagsu Yoga Institute, a newly built ashram offering a peaceful space to reconnect with body, breath, and mind. This short residential program is guided by Swami Omji, providing students with an authentic introduction to traditional yoga practices and yogic lifestyle.

This 5-day course is designed for beginners, travelers, and yoga practitioners who wish to experience yoga in a traditional ashram environment. Through daily asana practice, pranayama, meditation, and simple philosophy, students are guided toward balance, relaxation, and self-awareness.
