50 Hours Yin Yoga Course
(Residential Program)
Welcome to the 50 Hours Yin Yoga Course at Bhagsu Yoga Institute, a newly built ashram devoted to authentic yogic living and conscious education. This residential program for 10 Days is guided by Swami Omji, offering students a deep and meditative immersion into the subtle practice of Yin Yoga.
Yin Yoga is a slow, introspective, and therapeutic practice that works deeply on the connective tissues, joints, fascia, and energetic pathways of the body. This course is designed for yoga teachers and sincere practitioners who wish to understand Yin Yoga beyond postures—exploring stillness, awareness, breath, and mindfulness as tools for healing and balance.
In alignment with our philosophy of quality over quantity, we accept a maximum of only four students per batch. This allows for personal guidance, safe adjustments, meaningful discussion, and a supportive learning environment.

Our Teaching Approach
At Bhagsu Yoga Institute, Yin Yoga is taught as a practice of patience, awareness, and inner listening. Through small-group learning, students receive personal attention and are guided to explore both the physical and energetic layers of the practice. The residential ashram setting supports deep rest, simplicity, and self-reflection—essential elements of Yin Yoga.
