Welcome to the 7 Days Yoga Retreat at Bhagsu Yoga Institute
A newly built ashram designed to offer space for rest, renewal, and self-discovery. This residential retreat is guided by Swami Omji, inviting participants to slow down, reconnect, and experience yoga as a holistic way of life.
This 7-day retreat is ideal for anyone seeking balance, relaxation, and inner clarity. Through daily yoga practice, pranayama, meditation, and mindful living, participants are supported in releasing stress and reconnecting with their natural rhythm. No prior yoga experience is required—only an openness to rest, reflect, and reconnect.
In harmony with our philosophy of quality over quantity, we welcome a maximum of only four participants per retreat, ensuring personal guidance, a peaceful atmosphere, and a deeply nurturing experience.
